ATV Trails

Clay County host some of the best ATV Trails in the United States. With miles and miles of trails, a day or weekend would not begin to be enough time to cover even a portion of the trails offered in our mountains.

Our trails range from easy to extreme with an abundance of wildlife to view and a population of Elk that is plentiful. It is very common to see herds of Elk as you ride through the moutains of Clay County. Come on home to Clay County for your next ATV vacation, where new adventures await and memories last a lifetime.

LODGING

There is plenty of primitive camping to be found throughout the county. Both the Y-Hollow and Elk Mountain Trailheads offer primitive camping.

The Y-Hollow Trailhead is located in East Manchester less than a mile outside of Downtown Manchester.

The Elk Mountain Trailhead is located approximately 7 miles outside of Manchester off of the Hal Rogers Parkway at the Elk Hill Regional Park.

If you are looking for more modern camping we have the Bert T. Combs RV Park and Campground with electric and water hookups. The Bert T. Combs Campground is one of the prettiest campgrounds in the State.

There is also a Best Western Motel located off of the Hal Rogers Parkway.
